Dear Author,

Firstly, I do not agree with your statement about the generalisability of your results for the following reasons:

1-The sample size is very small (only 11 participants)

2-Only males included

3-Only patients who have offended

4-Only in-patients.

Selection bias is obvious and the sample is not a true representation of the target population.

Secondly, you rightly stated that transmitting information about the diagnosis can strengthen the therapeutic relationship, but in your study you did not show how your proposed psycho-educational programme achieved this and to what degree?

Lastly, the 7th week of your programme is dedicated to understanding the origin of the disorder, in this instance personality disorder. How can one confidently explore this in such a programme when no one knows for sure the aetiology of personality disorders?
